The concept of twinning (bars, clubs, places, top 10's with the same in either New York or London, vice versa) is a stroke a genius. The commercial opportunity for any indie or multi business, to find an equivalent in either city is huge.

This could connect people, and places in a whole new user generated / recommended / twinned way.
